Various aspects of BGP in particular. I don't have the Cisco URLs handy at
the moment, but they have been posted here in the past so check the
archives.

Also, since you are taking the class, be sure to quiz the instructor about
summarization and VLSM enough so you "get it" since the coverage in the
class text is limited (too few examples and review questions). If you're
already good at subnetting, summarization and VLSM will be pretty easy, but
if you just barely "get" subnetting in general, they may be tough (or, they
may help you get subnetting overall - who knows).

Lastly, as I said, everything you need for the test is in the class, but
extra info on EIGRP would be helpful, as would some extra practice with
route filtering.

This info is generally based on the things I saw classmates struggle with
during the class. I guess it depends on how easily the material comes to you
and whether you need extra reinforcement to solidify some of the concepts.
The thing I had the hardest time with was there were three main routing
protocols under discussion, each of which did things slightly differently -
I had a heck of a time keeping each of them straight in my head until I did
some further reading. For example, I don't know why, but it took me forever
to remember that OSPF used a wildcard mask in it network command, that BGP
used an optional 'mask' keyword, and that EIGRP used neither.

---JRE---
For extra credit, which protocol uses the command 'summary-address' and
which uses 'ip summary-address', and why would the 'ip' be important in the
second example and not the first?
