Title: RE: secondary interface command not working

Not sure without the full configuration, but it may be that your routing table doesn't differentiate between the two subnets. Do you have IP classless turned on? Any kind of auto-summary running? Do a "show ip route 152.222.161.0" and see if the route exists.

I need to route to a subnet wich is other than the one I'm using on my Fast Ether Port. I have tryed coniguration below but can not ping 152.222.161.254,, Help????????

 ip address 152.222.161.2 255.255.255.0 secondary
 ip address 152.222.160.2 255.255.255.0
 no ip route-cache
 no ip mroute-cache
 duplex auto
 speed auto

need to get to 152.222.161.254
