"ISP Survival Guide" by Geoff Huston is a good start. The publisher, John
Wiley, has a few books in the "Survival Guide" series that are worth taking
a look at.
Huston is also a co-author (with Vint Cerf and others) of "Internet
Performance Survival Guide: QoS Strategies for Multiservice Networks,"
which I have not read, but I have heard good things about.
