That's bad. The show must go on. I managed a training department for a
while. I'll never forget the Sunday evening when two instructors had
parents in the hospital on death's door, one instructor was snowed in, and
one instructor was scheduled for surgery. All other instructors were
already scheduled to teach. But we found an excellent instructor who flew
to the site by Monday morning and did a terrific job. That must happen.
Leaving a class without an instructor is inexcusable.
And that's probably more than you ever wanted to know on the subject! &;-)
