I can tell you 2 things to help you:
- Yes the big ISP will fitter-out anything below an /24 (believe me I'm 
working for an big one)
- And, no all the traffic will not come by the new ISP, because you are 
going to announce your block under your own AS (I did told you that you will 
need an AS number?). And I'll have the same size of announce through both 
ISP.
