I've been called in to a site with intermittent connectivity from the remote site to headquarters. The router is a Cisco 1750 and a WIC CSU/DSU. If you check below, it has a ton of input errors and CRC errors. The problem appears to be CSU/DSU related. I just found out from the Telco that the router should be configured for ESF and b8zs. I don't know if it defaults to that already or if that must be manually configured. Also, the telco recommended resetting the module and then reseating it if the problem isn't solved.
