Hey everyone, I have a question about CIR. A friend received his bill, and the CIR is stated as 32kb-56kb. I don't understand why it would be a range, rather than a single value? CIR means that is what he is guaranteed, right? And his actual limit is the limit of the port speed, and anything beyond the CIR is eligible to be discarded, right? Could someone please clarify this for me?
