I think many people want study labs at home. ISDN can become a
critical thing.
if you have 2 routers connect via S/T on one active ISDN Switch,
there are problems with B-channel communucation.
I do a tick.
1. the ISDN switch is a low cost pabx for analoge an digial
2. double the connector for the S/T local interface (in my case I
have
not to use the U) for 2 routers
3. think about my config
Router 1:
interface BRI0
ip address 10.1.3.1 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp
dialer idle-timeout 240000
dialer map ip 10.1.3.2 broadcast 41
dialer-group 1
isdn spid1 40
isdn caller 41
!
Router 2:
interface BRI0
ip address 10.1.3.2 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp
dialer idle-timeout 24000
dialer-group 1
isdn spid1 41
isdn caller 40
!
There are sometime problems with D-channel.
do reset all and connect timers high
Best regards
