URGENT Few Queries in PPP

Hi,

I have few queries in PPP.

1. What type of links does CISCO supports BAP/BACP ?

2. Which IOS version supports for Encryption and also what type of  Algorithm (DES/Triple
DES) does it support?

3. At present we have CISCO 4000 ver 12.0 which supports Compression (Predictor and
Stacker algorithms). Does any other IOS version supports  compression with GZIP algorithm?
