Hi,

I have a copy of the Catherine Paquet book beside me. We here work in the field of
customer access and this book is used daily in real life situations. I presents a
bundle of useful info for details one forgets. I have found it the most excellent
book of all the books I have studied. It covers heaps, is well written, easy to read
and presents real stuff.
