I don't know about the particular product but most reasonable analysers allow you to filter not only on the ip addresses and ports but also on MAC addresses. This should allow you to monitor exactly the stuff you want. Be aware of privacy issues when doing this sort of analysis. In some countries and/or workplaces it could be deemed as bad to sniff on the stuff you mentioned ie looking at what people are doing rather than what the network is doing.
