Cisco Press is releasing the first of two Coursebook volumes this January that cover
the content of the Cisco Enterprise Management Solutions course, which addresses
CiscoWorks 2000. The first volume is a network management overview covering Resource
Manager Essentials. The second, to be published later in 2001, will cover CWSI and
the WAN bundle. I don't have any specific information on the CiscoWorks 2000
specialization certification, though.
