Hi, folks, I ran into some trouble when I tried to use CiscoView 5.1. I
installed CiscoWorks 2000 CD One (second edition) on a Ultra-10 station
(Solaris 2.6, 256 MB memory). The installation was successful without any
error message. After the installation, I checked to make sure that all the
directories are installed.
Now I can use the Resource Manager Essentials without any problem, but when
I click on CiscoView, it gives me an error message saying 'Cannot restore
device list' followed by a few messages like 'Can't find image
images/greyLegend.gif'. But I found these GIF files in the
'/opt/CSCOpx/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/cvw/images/' directory.
Do you guys know what the deal is???? I couldn't find much troubleshooting
information on Cisco web site. And it is totally frustrating. Any help is
appreciated!
