It looks like your router does not have any flash. You should see a line
right after the 32K bytes of NV memory that looks like this:
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY)
This line shows the amount of flash in your router. Since you don't have
the line in your output and you can't do anything related to flash, that
tells me you don't have any flash.
You can find 8M Flash on ebay for $80-100.
