Hi,

IP accounting only works outgoing on an interface.  

You can pick it up using SNMP. I would assume therefore that once the MIB path is 
known a simple SNMP "get" statement could pick up the details.  You could then  put 
them into a spreadsheet or similar and this will allow you to manipulate the data.
