Hi
Without breaking the NDA:
-Learn BGP, OSPF
-Understand very well telephonic systems (T1, E1, types of errors,
possible errors in the routers, etc)
-PPP, MLP, Virtual profiles, MLMCPPP are very important
-OSI model
-Check the cisco blueprint of the exam
I would recommend to read VERY carefully the PPP RFC as there is not
a good book out there on the subject (p.e. how PPP state machine works
in LCP negotiation)
Regards.
