Hi,
Wouldn't a roll over cable between both do a similar job. Of course this would not
allow you to set up a dialer number but it should allow you to bring up the ports, do
login sequence checks and pass data between both afterall it is only an asynch to
asych connection as long as the txd -> rxd, dsr - dtr and gnd match the rest should be
fine.
