Actually this appears to have been happening to a lot of people according to
the testing center I was at, it happened to me as well about 3 weeks ago (I
was on the 42nd question).
However I was lucky, while I called Prometric and had them download another
test, I didn't end out having to write it, as we just kept hitting ignore on
the error and the test recovered so I was able to complete it. I passed and
have my lab scheduled for July in Halifax, so I guess the heart attack :)
was worth it.

I passed the CCIE written today. The test crashed right in the middle of
the exam and they had to have a new one downloaded. I had to start all over
that was just great. I hope it does not happen to anybody else.
