VNC is solid, but it's not secure. I don't think it's a good idea to use an insecure program like VNC to access something as sensitive as an SMS console from outside the firewall. It only takes one smart technician and a protocol analyzer to compromise your network. SSH is definitely a good way to secure it, but it suffers on performance. > I concur.
