Hi I have a question about route maps. In the route-map statement, what does the permit/deny field do? I understand that if you use permit, then a match causes a set. If you specify deny, normal routing takes place. So why would you write a route-map deny statement? If you get a match, does something else happen? Do the ToS and Precedence bits get reset? How is a route-map deny statement any different than no statement at all? Richard __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get personalized email addresses from Yahoo!
