You can run IP precedence through a FIFO queue, the queueing will just
ignore it.  Normally, you only need to use FWQ on T1/E1 or less bandwidths
or under heavy congestion conditions.  If you have the latter on a fast
ethernet interface, then I'd say you've got a bigger problem than choosing a
queueing scheme. (like a design problem)
