It's not abuse to ask someone a question.
The appropriate action when receiving a message that you don't have time to
help with is to silently delete it (not start a flame war).
I get messages from people all the time. Sometimes I help them (if it won't
take much time). If the person is simply looking for encouragement, I
always do that. If they are trying to get me to do their research for them,
I just delete the message.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is for reporting spam and hostile messages, not for
reporting an innocent cry for help.
