Hi,

I had this recently it turned out to be the DCLI number was configured wrong on one of 
the routers.  The router at one end had several DLCI's the remote end pointed to a 
DLCI not belonging to it but one belonging to one of the other services.  Therefore 
the IP addresses did not correspond.
