At this rate, who knows when it will be GD. I see they just released
12.1(7) and it has over 50 pages of caveats! I don't recall ever
seeing that many before, and I'm surprised they released it like that.
It looks to me like 12.2 will be about fairly soon, and probably before
12.1 goes GD.

As an FYI, we also try to stick with GD releases but we are currently
running 12.1(5a)E1 because it was, as of a couple of months ago, the
most stable release that included all of the features we required.
We've only noticed a couple of minor glitches, but I still plan on
upgrading when I get the chance. I'm thinking about going to
12.1(5a)E4, that ought to be pretty safe.

Good luck!
John

Hi all,

There are features in 12.1 that could really help me out but our
company
policy is to only use GD releases in production equipment. Does anyone
have
any idea when 12.1 will go GD?

Thanks

Tim
