Hi Chris:

You can use only one server for DHCP purposes, and you
must to enable the ip helper-address option in each of
the interfaces of the router, I mean:

Int vlan1
ip address ip1 mask1
ip helper-address <ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Primary>
ip helper-address
<ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Secondary>

Int vlan2
ip address ip2 mask2
ip helper-address <ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Primary>
ip helper-address
<ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Secondary>
....
....
....

Int vlann
ip address ipn maskn
ip helper-address <ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Primary>
ip helper-address
<ip-address-of-dhcp-server-Secondary>

In this case, we are using two DHCP servers in
different locations (just in failure case), but you
can use one, two, whatever).
