I've used a product called MimeSweeper / MailSweeper with great success. It runs on
NT, with UNIX versions available. It blocks Spam and VBS-infected mail as well as
images and executables as attachments. It is very configurable, although the
interface is not the easiest to navigate. Info is avalable at www.mimesweeper.com
