Yeah, OK... but look at the sequence below. First there is your post asking
for an opinion of the company. Next, there is your 2nd message, describing
your experience with the company. Same name, different email address. It
appears that this was not intended.
Furthermore, you open your second message with this sentence:
>I had the same experience with some lady today.
It's as if you are trying to make it look like another, seperate, incident.
That tone continues througout your second post, especially where you say:
>I am like the other "John" ...
You were trying to make your second post look like a reply to your first
(and as you say, you suck at it), in an attempt to create the impression on
this list that CertificationZone is in the habit of treating its customers
poorly.
Obviously you were not aware that many members of this list (myself
included) know these people personally and know them to be highly
professional and outstanding in their mission to provide an excellent
product.
Further inspection of your 2 posts leads me to beleive that you have called
them a number of times for silly things and were probably and annoying
bastard during the process. People tend to lose their patience with folks
like that. My old man used to say "You can catch more flies with honey than
you can with vinegar!" Keep that in mind when you want people do do
something for you.
I think you'll find that if you calm down, and take a look at what you have
purchased (the white papers, labs, and practice questions) you'll find that
you have an excellent resource toward your certification quest. Even if you
can't get a receipt for it, for whatever reason. Even if you can't take the
practice test more than 2 times a month...
The next time you want to make someone look bad in others eyes, don't shout
your criticisms out to all thier friends.
