I've seen these 4000 upgrade boards only once on Ebay. I found a huge box
full @ a government site & upgraded a batch of 4000's with them. The kit
comes with the replacement SIMM style board (replaces the imbedded FLASH
chip style) & a set of 10.0 boot ROM's. I really saw next to no advantage,
accept the 10.0 ROM's fixed the hanging reloads that started after upgrading
to 11.3(11a).
The extent of my 2 pennies worth :o)
