Maximum Speed for X.25
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
We can do X.25 at 2Mb. There is no hard limit as to max speed, but other
performance considerations such as the maximum process switching rate of the
router may apply. X.25 on HSSI is not supported.

I don't think there is a hard limit. In practice, it's probably the
speed of the serial interface -- assume E1 or 2 Mbps.
Not sure to what extent Cisco supports X.25 over Ethernet (ISO 8880, IIRC).
