1. You need an tftp-server (search on www.tucows.com or www.cisco.com)
2. use the command "wri net" on the cisco-router and write the config in a file like
"router-config.txt" (the same command is "copy run tftp")
3. edit or print the file on your tftp-server with an editor or wordpad ...
