CCNP Material: What's better?

I live in Argentina. There are not many Academies where to take the courses
for CCNP.
So I wonder if it's enough just to study from the books, and do the labs at
work.
Anyway, I want to know which are the best books.
Cisco Press or Todd Lammle?
