We are running a Network management platform based on the NETCOOL = package.=20 We have recently started to receive SNMP from one of our routers (Cisco 7500) with a summary of "Free_Huge Buffer is very low; less than 10%".=20 If we need too, we can filter these errors out but I am unwilling to do = this unless there is a justifiable reason to do so, and I have a greater understanding of what is occurring (this is not currently impacting = network performance). I am unable to locate anything on the Cisco site apart from the buffer = size varies dependant on demand (the buffer parameters have not been = adjusted). I was wondering if any of you out there had either seen this before or = have any additional information as to the possible cause. Thanks in advance for your help.
