VLAN routing in Cat6000

I am trying to configure VLAN routing in Cat 6006, (Super engine does
support routing).

However, after I configure interface VLAN2, it said VLAN 2 is shutdown. it's
no use to issue 'no shutdown' command.

How should I configure it?
