With a pop3 client, you would prioritize TCP traffic on 110 (Pop3) or 995
(Pop3 SSL).
With Outlook, which uses RPC's to communicate with the exchange server, it's
not as simple as that. The primary port for RPC's is 135, but then it
negotiates to a random port above 1024. To make this use a static port,
you'll have to apply a registry modification. An easier way would be to
prioritize any traffic with a source ip of the exchange server.
Good Luck,

Subject: Prioritizing Exchange traffic
Is there a way to Prioritize Frame-Relay traffic to give a higher preference
to Microsoft Exchange traffic?
Thanks.
