IP directly through water though - big risk of corrupted transmissions
though. After all, since the break in the Sea-Me-We 3 cable near Singapore
last November, that area of ocean is contaminated with millions of loose
bits that got pumped out of the broken cable before it was fixed. They
could piggyback on legitimate transmissions and cause corruption.
