If you are a CCNP , you are a CCNA.
As sad as it is, the recruters/ HR people hold the cards.
So play the game, list both CERTS. You might even convience them the CCNP
is more
valuable that than a CCIE. If they dont speak knowlegely of CCNP, sell
them anything
they'll buy. Don't think for a minute they would not do the same to you!
