I passed my support exam today. Thanks to all who have contributed by
answering my questions or asking my questions before I get a chance to (as
usually happens).

The exam was nowhere near as difficult as I imagined. Lots of ISDN as usual
(know your reference points and what functions at what OSI layer). Also
several fill in the blank questions, looking for commands; these were pretty
easy, except I'm pretty certain I missed one by typing in "sh isdn status"
instead of spelling out "show". The question specifically says to type out
the whole command, i'm just used to using abbrievated commands. Overall a
mildly fair test, for the most part follows the objectives.

I passed the HDLC with 100% although I didn't have any questions that
referenced HDLC. Go FIgure.
