IPSEC software is not cheap, especially 3DES. Doubling the cost sounds out
of line. Just be aware that IPSEC is IP based and doesn't support IPX
(you'd have to do some sort of tunneling to have it go via IP). I suggest
upgrading a server to NetWare 5 at each site and using it to tunnel anything
that needs legacy IPX support. Our NetWare engineers do this without
problems (I just have to handle the easy Cisco IP router side... if I can
ping from one LAN to another, my job is done, hehee).
