FDISK should be able to see it as a non-DOS partition to delete then you can
recreate and reformat.
FDISK /MBR is a really kewl feature that will kill a virus in the MBR. I
hear rumors of this feature being disabled in newer versions of Windows but
I haven't had an MBR virus to test this yet.
If FDISK can't delete the partition, use the Linux partition manager to kill
it first.
