Well , if your requirement is just CCNP (certifications) , then obviously no
lab is necessary. If your requirement is CCNP level of knowledge. Using a
book meant for CCIE Lab doesn't do any harm and in fact is just as relevant.
One of the most commonly overlook materials for CCIE preparation is actually
the courseware for CCNP's courses.. I'm sometimes amazed at some of the
questioned asked (including by me) that can be found in the ICND, BSCN, etc
courseware....
