What solution are you using to implement the DDR (backup interface, floating
static routes...)? If you are using the backup interface solution, are you
having problems with the primary interface (flapping, etc) as this can be
compensated by modifying the time before the backup DDR is implemented (of
course you should resolved your flapping problem first)? If you are using
the floating static route solution, are you experiencing any loss of routes
or problems with your routing protocol config? What about your dialer list
(what is identified as interesting traffic)? For your routing protocol, have
you identified the DDR interface as passive (passive-interface)? You could
verify the cause of the dial out by debugging the dialer. This is all
general info, however, it would be helpful to see the config...
