Just a recommendation on books to read -- "Voice Over IP" [Prentice Hall, Uyless Black] and "Integrating Voice and Data Networks" [CiscoPress] The first wanders between layman- and technical-speak. The second is, well, Cisco. The VoIP fundamentals book seems to be predominantly overcast by the integration book. The market does seem to be a different beast entirely, right now. Voice is a hot topic right now, but it's also an expensive one for a company to start. Quite a few IT departments seem to be cutting on spending these days (well, at least 'round here) making new VoIP projects a bit more rare, too. Best of luck in your studies and job-search, however. -Brad McConnell ""Mark Z."" wrote in message [EMAIL PROTECTED]">news:[EMAIL PROTECTED]... > Hi Group, > Have a couple of questions for you.
