Hi all, I have a 3640 router and Ethernet module loaded in the system. The router recognises as E0/0 and E0/1. when I try to plug in my WIC - 2 A/S card, the system is not recognizing the serial card. The same card is working in 26xx router. I went into cisco site and found that the cards are interchangeable. The IOS version is 12.0 in 3640 router. Did anybody faced this problem earlier. Any insight?
