This question could almost become part of a FAQ, it is asked so often.
Because it is asked so often it's hard to "hint".
Lookup "service config" and then check your config......
from my router......

compress-config Compress the configuration file
config TFTP load config files
decimal-tty Interpret tty line numbers in decimal.
