Thanks for replying. I have already tried this many times. But the status remains the same. Let me tell you more in details: on sup1 mod only status LED is not glowing where all 3 LED's are gree. on sup2(redudent) mod status LED is Orange , system LED is green , 3rd LED is not glowing and 4ht is RED. what else can u suggest... regds "Arun" wrote: hi You can try taking out the modules and putting them back i have seen that this do the job most of the time....do this and see if it works ...
