Is it possible to establish a tunnel (LAN-to-LAN) from a VPN 3000 series Concentrator with a static IP address to another VPN 3000 series concentrator (or an IOS router) with a dynamic IP address. I've gotten answers both ways from different people from within Cisco and just wondered if anybody had made it work before I buy this thing.
