Bell Canada says they do not support OAM cells so on my CISCO router ATM
inetrface I can not configure OAM. Now, when the ATM PVC goes down, router
does
not see it as down (in and protocol remain up and up), and Openview does not
consider it down.. result:: practically the pvcs are unmonitored !!
Is there a solution ??
