Once logged in on the CFI on the telco side, customer's CSU/DSU cannot be
consoled into.
High probability of the physical damage of the line, but all the tests show
continuity. Customer's CSU/DSU is working, but showing a high rate od CRCs
and BPVs.
It just does not respond to being consoled into it from the remote CSU/DSU
on the telco side.
To what extent can I assume that there is a problem with the NIU or
SMARTJACK on both sides?
