Commercial reasons or political ones Jennifer, every year here in UK our
politicians tell the populace that there children are being set higher
targets at school with more exams and higher passing scores. The
result.....we have more illiterate children who can only communicate in
street speak. Who cares as long as the politicians get re-elected. Just
like Florida.
