It's a good router, but just one device is not going to help with the CCNP.
To be honest, I backed away from using the lab while taking these tests.
They are Cisco Press based & remembering the details & concepts seemed to
help more than the practical hands on. Don't get me wrong, industry
experience helps flush out the ridiculous multiple choice options.
What's constitutes a good price ??? Between the lay-offs & summer (very few
people studying), Cisco equipment is very reasonable lately. I've purchased
quite a lot: fully populated LS1010 for $3500, loaded 2502 for $395,
3524XL-EN for $950, 2621 for $1549.
